Jac is the dynamic one of our friendship. She introduced me to pottery a few years ago and we’ve had countless hours of industry producing, certainly on my part, very little of any use or merit. However Jac has made some splendid plates and a marvellous teapot so it was all worth it. But pottery has been the excuse for our weekly chats in Miso before the class which are the real reason I go at all.

Here we are in Bristol when we went for a few days to see Lizzie and explore. We walked miles. I’m deeply envious of that coat Jacqui.

This was a birthday lunch in Covent Garden a few years ago, just the two of us. What stylish ladies who lunch!

These aren’t great pictures but I don’t seem to have many of us. It’s always the way with people you see a lot.
This was my birthday 2016. We were in Shoreditch for some reason. Also in the frame are my sister Claire, Chris and Mandy.

Always a world class shopper, this is Jacqui whisking me into Alexander McQueen one wet Tuesday, where she charmed a bored manager into bringing us armfuls of clothes and shoes, which we all knew we were never going to buy. But we all laughed ourselves senseless which is the gift my best friend never fails to deliver.
